Customs and duties
Orders delivered inside the EU carry no customs charges. Orders to Switzerland, Norway or any other non-EU country may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These are not included and are paid by the recipient.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed before 12 PM CET on a business day ship the same day. Later orders, and orders placed on weekends or public holidays, ship the next business day. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If tracking shows no movement for 48 hours, contact us.
Delivery times are business days and estimates. Remote and island addresses can take up to 2 extra days.
